Still in its construction shed, this shallow draft, 150 passenger excursion vessel will take tourists right to the beach as it cruises in the Caribbean.

Sikorsky H-34 helicopters in a scrap yard near Davis Monthan Air Force Base in Arizona where most armed services planes are retired and recycled.

View through propeller wells of three ships that are part of the Naval Reserve Fleet in Suisun Bay just north of San Francisco. Occasionally these ships are returned to service, but more often they are scrapped.

Two ships from one of the lines of  approximately 80 ships moored  alternately bow and stern in the Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet.

Most of the ships in the Suisun bay Reserve Fleet are cargo transports,  but occasionally there are warships, including this aircraft carrier.

The Suisun Bay Reserve ships are popularly referred to a "gray ladies" but in fact they most certainly are not.

When New York City tug boats and ferries come to the end of their service they are taken to a "boneyard" on Staten Island.

Two  Korean War era Sikorsky troopships parked nose to tail (the aft fuselage is folded) before going to the breaker near Davis Monthan Air Force Base.
